兩位中壯年教練，各自從手造獨木舟開始摸索，深耕於淡水河畔，十年磨一劍。現在志在出國比賽，組成台灣第一支隊伍，划台灣造的船，橫渡大西洋。就在今年十二月。一趟屬於台灣的奇幻旅程，航向深海，打出格局。

James and Chin-Jung live by the same river. One lives on the left bank.The other on the right bank.
They started to build kayak as a hobby ten years ago and becoming more and more professional.
In 2011, they rowed self-built sea kayak around Taiwan in an extreme sport way. They had to continuously kayaking for ten hours a day.
And they have done it. They know how hard it is and how humble and tough themselves are.
Then as long as they heard the Atlantic Challenge, they could not stop dreaming to do it.
As their Boat name, Cheers Taiwan, they want to encourage their fellows in Taiwan, chin up, have bigger dreams, into deep water and make it come true.
